Health Insurance Committee

The Durango 9-R Health Insurance Committee is committed to meeting on a regular basis to increase their knowledge of how the district insurance program is currently structured and funded. They will periodically analyze current usage trends by staff and the impact of those usage trends on the district insurance program. Committee members will make recommendations regarding plan designs that ensure sustainability of the district insurance fund. Serving as a thought partner to the Employee Wellness Committee to provide input on how to bolster employee wellness, use of preventative care, and to be a resource to staff in their individual building sites.
