To Request Service: Please contact the Teacher Librarian (listed below) for your school. If necessary, they will enter in a SchoolDude incident for you.

School Dude, the quick and easy way to put in your IT Service Request. Follow these simple steps:

  • Click on www.myschoolbuilding.com to get to the SchoolDude site. NOTE: If the system asks for an Organization Number, it is 797206007.
  • When you get to the page with the School District logo, click on IT Requests tab. (If you see icons for air conditioning and heating, you're in the Maintenance Requests section.)
  • In the Incident Description, please be as detailed as possible so we can respond to your request quickly. The password is durango.
  • You can check on the status of your request at any time by going to the same website and selecting the My Requests tab. You may want to add this site to your desktop or Favorites for easy access.
