The Cook Center for Human Connection March 2025 class schedule is available. Durango School District (DSD) has partnered with the Cook Center to offer mental health webinars for DSD parents at no cost. 

Here's what you need to know:

  • Classes are live and are developed by licensed therapists.
  • Events are virtual, interactive, and designed to help caregivers support their child.
  • Registration, attendance, and interactions are anonymous from other viewers.
  • Each class is offered twice on the scheduled day, at 5:00 p.m. and again at 7:00 p.m. MT.

Can't attend a scheduled live class? The Cook Center offers a full library of recorded webinars that you can watch on your own time. Choose to watch the Deep Dive video (full class) or the Instant Insights video (brief summary of class highlights).

Attend the Ask a Therapist LIVE Event

The March Ask a Therapist LIVE event is on Wednesday, March 12. This event offers a unique opportunity for parents to engage directly with a licensed family therapist. Parents can ask questions anonymously and receive personalized answers in real-time.
