Schools closed for Snow Day, March 14

This decision was made in collaboration with emergency management. This includes all bus routes, school-related events and activities. For updates, please visit our website at durangoschools.org or call the District Information Line at (970) 375-3811. We will continue to keep families informed of any change in school schedules through our emergency notification system.

To receive Snow Day and emergency messages: 

  1. Families: Make sure your contact information is correct in Infinite Campus.
  2. Staff: Check that your contact information is correct in your Employee Portal. 
  3. To receive phone calls: Call (855) 502-7867 from the phone line you wish to receive calls and follow the prompts.
  4. To receive text messages: Text START to "60680" from the phone you wish to receive texts.
  5. Note that if you opt out by typing "STOP" to any emergency message from the district, you will no longer receive any messages.
